Exchange Policy for HolyShape

At HolyShape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer exchanges within 48 hours of the original purchase date.

Eligible items for exchange include shapewear, hosiery, and other non-intimate apparel. Please note that underwear, bras, and other intimate apparel are not eligible for exchange due to health and hygiene concerns.

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate the exchange process. Be sure to have your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange handy.

2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to properly package and ship the item(s) back to us.

3. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship out the new item(s) to you.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
