HolyShape Return & Exchange Policy for Shapewear

At HolyShape, we prioritize hygiene and product quality. Please read our shapewear return and exchange policy carefully:

1️⃣ Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• The product is the wrong size or defective

• The product has not been worn and not been washed

• All original tags and the HolyShape transparent logo bag are included

• The item has no stains, odors, or damage

For hygiene reasons, any shapewear item that has been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

2️⃣ Approval Process

All return or exchange requests must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3️⃣ Return Shipping

• For orders within Lebanon, HolyShape arranges for the item to be picked up by our delivery partner. The shipping cost is deducted from your refund amount.

• For orders outside Lebanon, the customer is fully responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. You must handle the entire return process, including selecting the shipping carrier, covering all shipping costs, and providing tracking information to our customer service team. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for international returns.

4️⃣ Refund Method

All refunds within Lebanon will be processed via Whish.

5️⃣ Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is approved and received in acceptable condition, the refund will be issued within 7 working days.

6️⃣ Right to Deny

HolyShape reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not fully meet these conditions.
