• 7-Day Return Period:
  You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. After this period, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

• Condition Requirements:
  Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will void the return eligibility.

• Return Authorization:
  To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days at support@holy-shape.com with your order number and reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

• Return Process in Lebanon:
  For returns within Lebanon, we will arrange for our delivery company to pick up the items from your location and ship them back to us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

• Responsibility and Tracking:
  Ensure the items are properly packaged for pickup. We recommend keeping a record of the pickup details as HolyShape is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

• Non-Compliance:
  Items that do not meet our return conditions will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

• Exclusions:
  Final sale and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.

• Refund Processing:
  Upon receiving and inspecting the return, if it meets all criteria, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Non-compliant returns will not be refunded.
