How do I choose the right level of compression for my shapewear?
- Light Compression – Made with soft, stretchy materials that move easily with your body. Provides gentle shaping and smooths your figure for everyday comfort.
- Medium Compression – Offers noticeable shaping and support while remaining comfortable for long wear. Ideal for enhancing curves and smoothing problem areas.
- Firm / High Compression – Provides strong contouring for a sculpted look. Often made with latex or reinforced fabrics for maximum shaping and effective compression.
What if my measurements fall into multiple sizes?
If you fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size to ensure a better fit. And no need to stress—if it doesn’t fit quite right, you can easily exchange it for the correct size.
How do I know what size I am?
